Meetings (basics)
Meetings in easydoo
In easydoo, meetings can be planned and prepared in terms of content, as well as logged. Unlike minutes written in a text editor, the meeting minutes in easydoo are not static, but the status of the decisions and tasks decided always corresponds to the effective state. If you open a meeting at a later date, you can see directly whether the decided tasks have already been implemented.
The phases of the meeting
easydoo supports you in all phases of your sessions.
easydoo helps you to prepare sessions efficiently. In the first phase, you set the meeting date, invite the participants and record the agenda items in the form of agenda items that you assign to the responsible persons. These, in turn, can already record notes on it or log them before.
The meetings can be carried out in a targeted manner with easydoo. By recording the agenda items in the form of agenda items before the meeting, you create a clear overview and ensure targeted meetings. What has been discussed can be recorded on the corresponding agenda items and traced in real time. The tasks and decisions can also be recorded and assigned directly during the meeting.
In the last phase, you can send the log as a PDF and archive it if necessary. When creating the log, you can decide whether the recipients are allowed to see all the contents of the log or only those for which they have the necessary access rights in easydoo. The tasks and decisions are automatically available directly in easydoo's task management and you can check the status at any time. In this way, you ensure that what you have discussed is actually implemented.
How are sessions stored?
A meeting is always stored in a drop folder. However, it can also be stored in several folders. Anyone who has access to the folder can also view and edit the corresponding session.
How to be informed of important changes?
Each meeting has participants. This includes the person who oversees the meeting. You can also add other people as participants. In the event of important changes at the meeting, all participants will receive a notification under the menu item "Activities".
